The Allo Ultra 25K is ALLO’s highest-puff disposable vape. It delivers 25,000 puffs from a single rechargeable device the equivalent of roughly 10 standard disposables at $35.99. For regular vapers that works out to weeks of use before needing a replacement, with consistent flavour and nicotine delivery maintained throughout by mesh coil technology.

ALLO is a Canadian brand built specifically for the Canadian market. Every device is designed to Health Canada specifications, uses 20mg/mL nicotine salt at the regulatory maximum, and is BC VPLPR compliant. The Ultra 25K is the premium tier of the ALLO lineup above the ALLO 2500 in puff count, battery size, and overall performance.

How Much Is the Allo Ultra 25K?

The Allo Ultra 25K costs $35.99 at Vape Shop Near Me. The original retail price was $40.99 you’re getting it at $35.99, a saving of $5 per device. At 25,000 puffs this works out to approximately $0.0014 per puff, compared to $0.0125 per puff for a standard 1,600-puff disposable. For daily vapers the Ultra 25K pays for itself within the first two weeks compared to buying multiple smaller devices.

Is Allo a Good Vape?

Yes and specifically for the Canadian market. ALLO is one of the few vape brands developed in Canada for Canadian vapers, with formulations optimised for the 20mg nicotine salt maximum permitted under Health Canada regulations. The mesh coil technology in the Ultra 25K delivers consistent flavour from the first draw to the last — a common failure point on cheaper disposables where flavour degrades significantly as the device runs down. ALLO’s flavour profiles are developed specifically for Canadian taste preferences, which is why the brand consistently ranks as one of the highest-selling disposable lines at Canadian vape retailers.

How to Use the Allo Ultra 25K

Using the Allo Ultra 25K is straightforward — it is draw-activated with no buttons or settings to configure:

Step 1 – Remove from packaging. Pull off the protective cap from the mouthpiece. The device is pre-filled and ready to use immediately.

Step 2 – Inhale. Place the mouthpiece to your lips and inhale. The device activates automatically on the draw — no buttons, no settings.

Step 3 – Charge when needed. When vapour production weakens or flavour drops, the battery is running low. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port at the base of the device. Charge for 30–60 minutes. The device can be used while charging.

Step 4 – Dispose when empty. When flavour and vapour stop producing even on a full charge, the e-liquid is depleted. Dispose of the device responsibly and replace with a new one.

Allo Ultra 25K Refill – Can You Refill It?

No. The Allo Ultra 25K is a sealed, pre-filled disposable device. It cannot be refilled with e-liquid. The device is designed for use until the e-liquid is depleted, then disposal. If you want to use Allo flavours in a refillable format, the Allo Sync device kit with Allo Sync pods is the refillable pod-system alternative.

Allo Ultra 25K Battery – How Long Does It Last?

The Allo Ultra 25K uses a large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery charged via USB-C. The battery is designed to outlast the e-liquid supply meaning the device will run out of e-liquid before the battery fails. Expected real-world duration at 25,000 puffs:

• Light users (100–150 puffs/day) – 5 to 7 months
• Average users (200–300 puffs/day) – 2 to 4 months
• Heavy users (400–500 puffs/day) – 6 to 8 weeks

When the battery runs low, vapour production decreases noticeably. Connect the USB-C cable to recharge — the device is typically ready in 30–60 minutes and supports pass-through use while charging.

Allo Ultra 25K vs Allo 2500 – Which One Should You Buy?

Choose the Ultra 25K if you vape daily and want to go weeks between replacements. Choose the 2500 if you want to try multiple flavours at lower cost per device or need a compact everyday carry.

Allo Ultra 25K Review – What Canadian Vapers Say

The Allo Ultra 25K consistently earns strong feedback from Canadian vapers for three reasons: flavour consistency across the full 25,000 puffs, the rechargeable battery that genuinely outlasts the e-liquid, and the Canadian-specific formulations that land better for local tastes than many imported alternatives. The most common feedback on Reddit and Canadian vape communities is that Watermelon Ice and Juicy Mango are the standout flavours, and that the mesh coil noticeably outperforms the coil quality in similarly priced competitors.
