Do you offer local delivery or only shipping?
Yes we have 3 physical stores in Vancouver where you can pick up, and we offer same-day local delivery in the Vancouver area (for in-store pickup orders placed before 7pm. Plus we ship online orders across Canada (and potentially to other regions please check shipping zones.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use the carrier’s website to monitor your package. For in-store orders, you can call or email us with your order number for status.
What are your store locations?
We have three physical stores in Vancouver. You’re welcome to visit us in-store for product advice, pickups, or support.
What is your returns & exchange policy?
For online orders all online products are final sale unless defective or we accept returns within 7 days if unused and in original condition. If you receive the wrong or damaged item, contact customer service with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right.
How does local delivery work?
For our Vancouver locations: place your order online or in-store and choose local delivery. Orders placed before 7 pm can be delivered same-day in the Vancouver area.
